Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to support our marketing team. You will assist in creating content, managing brand pages, generating ideas, analyzing insights, and actively contributing to online engagement. Training and guidance will be provided throughout the internship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Brainstorm creative ideas for reels, stories, posts, and marketing campaigns.
- Support in designing basic graphics using Canva (training provided).
- Research current trends, hashtags, and viral content ideas.
- Engage with audience comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Track and report basic analytics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a consistent brand voice and style.
- Coordinate with the design, content, and SEO teams for integrated marketing efforts.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with good communication skills.
- Ability to think visually and create engaging content ideas.
- Familiarity with Canva (advantage but not compulsory).
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
Good to Have (Not Mandatory):
- Experience with reels or video editing apps.
- Knowledge of social media tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Basic copywriting skills.
